Using Our Stud Dog – What to Expect, Step by Step
We understand that choosing the right stud dog and navigating the breeding process can feel overwhelming—especially if it’s your first time. That’s why we’ve made our process simple, transparent, and supportive from start to finish. Here’s how it works:
- 1. Initial Contact & Inquiry
Get in touch with us through our application form, phone, or social media. We’ll respond quickly to discuss your female dog’s breed, age, health, and heat cycle. If it sounds like a good match, we’ll guide you on the next steps and answer any questions you may have.
- 2. Health & Timing Check
Before mating, we ask for confirmation that your girl is:
- In good health and up to date on vaccinations
- Free from contagious diseases
- Vet-checked and ready for breeding
We’ll also help you determine the ideal mating window based on her heat cycle.
- 3. Meet & Mate
If you’re local or willing to travel, we arrange a mating session at a safe and calm location. In most cases, two mating sessions are scheduled over 48 hours to maximize chances of conception. We’ll be there to supervise and ensure everything goes smoothly.
- 4. Post-Mating Support
After the mating or insemination, we remain available for any questions you may have.
